Stephen Lubin (First Year Social Committee Representative)
Stephen is the Secretary and First Year Social Rep for MISC. He completed his BSc in Psychology at U of T St. George in 2016, then worked for a year, and is happy to be climbing back into the warm womb of academia.
As Secretary, Stephen is responsible for the things in job description for secretary below this bio. As First Year Social Rep, he is responsible for the things in the description for that position as well. Stephen feels that if you want to know any boring things about him, you should probably just check his LinkedIn profile. He hopes that by writing that, he is encouraging himself to update his LinkedIn profile.
He also feels that he is nailing this bio.
Stephen’s celebrity crush is Anna Kendrick. He likes to imagine that if he ever became famous, she would take him under his wing and they would quickly become close friends. One night they’d be wandering through LA and share a quick kiss. But ultimately, they’d decide not to act on their feelings because of the age difference. They’d remain good friends for another five years or so, eventually growing apart, but remembering to call on each other’s birthdays and sometimes going for lunch. They’d spend the rest of their lives wondering ‘what if?’.
Stephen hopes to popularize the use of the term “sweet pickles” as a way of saying that something is even better than “sweet”. He also hopes to one day main Tracer, but always feels compelled to fill out the team as a tank or healer. He’s just that kind of guy.
